clean air • Dirty grand-fathered, power plants are loopholes in the Clean Air Act that needs higher standards to reduce the costs of coal generated pollution.
clean power • Renewable fuels, cogeneration to recover waste heat.
clean cars • Increase CAFE standards and SUV fuel efficiency incentives for advanced vehicle technology such as hybrids and electric autos.
clean investments • Shift R&D–or research and development–from polluting technology and subsidies for coal, oil, gas or highways to renewable energy investment credits, mass transit funding and efficiency up-grade incentives.
