An Action Plan consists in part of an

  • outline: the broad means that you use to list and itemize steps to complete a task; that is the means one envisions for certain strategies to lead to the desired goal.
    • stating the means to your ends in some priority order.
    • putting activities in priority order of steps in an attempt to achieve a desired impact.
     

    A problem

    is defined as the difference between an existing and a desired state of affairs.

    In any attempt to achieve a desired situation a set of actions is needed to achieve one's aims.

    Action plans achieve the desired aim of any set of related steps.

     

       

    Take for example these steps:
