Budapest: Statue of King Stephen next to the  Mátyás Church

The equestrian statue of St. Stephen with the apostolic cross in his right hand was placed in 1906 between Mátyás Church (the Parish Church of Our Lady Mary) and the Fishermen's Bastion.  The bottom part of the monument presents the scenes from King Stephen's life.
